We’re bringing back the dream car section of CarTips.com with the 2011 Ferrari 599 “Comte Noir” by Graf Weckerle. Sure it’s a Ferrari 599 GTB at heart, but the custom black paint job and the 21 inch custom wheels make all the difference. What does Comte Noir mean? Well, it means black count, and with an improved performance of 620 horsepower I think that ol’ Graf can call it whatever he wants… enjoy!
